This is by far the best hair, skin & nail supplement on the market. My hair is almost waist length, very healthy & shiny! My nails grow at a very quick rate, and it can be a bit annoying always having to cut my nails (I don’t like long nails). My skin, is flawless! I don’t have to wear foundation, a tinted moisturizer looks fantastic!

There are so many ridiculous items on the market charging $30-$40 a bottle and doesn’t work half as good! This is your best value for effectiveness!

Unfortunately, I did not see much of a difference in the strength/growth of my hair and nails. I really love biotin because the one i bought from Vitamin World worked quickly and nicely. However, I didn’t see any change with the product. I’ve been taking it for three months when the one I bought from VItamin World worked within 2 weeks. I was really hoping this would work considering it’s at a good price but I may have to pay a bit more to go back to Vitamin World 🙁
